Sue Wilshaw

MSc., MCSP, Adv. Cert. In Physiotherapy in Occupational Health

Sue trained at Teeside School of Physiotherapy, qualifying in 1975.  Between 1976 and 1979 she worked in Middlesbrough General Hospital before starting in Private Practice in 1980.

In 1985 Sue opened Capel Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd.

In 1998 she gained an advanced certificate in Occupational Health from UEA and in 2002 was awarded a Masters Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University in Sports Injury and Therapy.  Sue has a special interest in musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, occupational health, sports injuries, relaxation and stress management.   She is retained by the English Institute of Sport to treat their athletes when necessary. 

Sue enjoys running and has completed eight London Marathons and one New York Marathon.


GraceGrace Allston
BSc (Hons), MCSP, MAACP

Grace trained at the University of Hertfordshire qualifying in 2003. Since then she has worked at Ipswich Hospital and for the Ministry of Defence.  Currently she is working for the Primary Care Trust and The Oaks hospital in Colchester.
Grace is a full member of the AACP and practices acupuncture regularly.  She has completed APPI training in Pilates. She is due to complete post graduate training towards a Masters degree in the autumn of this year.
Grace is a keen runner and member of Ipswich Jaffa.


EllaElla Gay
Bsc (Hons), MSc, MCSP

Ella trained at the University of Brighton qualifying in 2007. Since then she has worked at a Scoliosis Spinal Clinic and the Nuffield Hospital and currently works at St Elizabeth Hospice and Capel Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd.
Ella has a diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and is currently working towards a Masters in Veterinary Physiotherapy.
She is a keen horse rider and enjoys competing in dressage and eventing.
